Leadership Development requires both behavior change and business results…which must be integrated at multiple organizational levels. It’s an orchestration of building capabilities in individuals and teams, aligning groups to capture growth opportunities, and leveraging leadership assets across your organization.
This session will focus on the following critical issues:
- Identifying what leadership talent you need for the future – defining the talent you have.
- Putting the right people in appropriate leadership positions.
- Retaining high potentials as a top priority.
- Addressing the development needs of your middle managers. Providing training in this area.
- Closing the talent gap for new leaders between the top of the house and the youngest talent.
