Tim Brown Bio
Tim Brown is Manager of Staffing for the Health Services and Molecular Imaging Divisions of Siemens Medical Solutions. Previously, he held staffing leadership roles with Saint-Gobain's $4.5 Construction Products Division, CertainTeed Corporation, and also served as Talent Acquisition Manager for Armstrong World Industries, a $3.5B global leader in innovative building products.
With over 14 years experience in the staffing industry, Mr. Brown has experience supporting a diverse set of industries, including Fortune 500 Manufacturing, Big 4 Consulting, Biotechnology and Information Technology Services. He has been a featured speaker on the development of strategic staffing metrics and serves on the Board of Directors for the Chester Country Workforce Planning Commission, former Board Member of the Direct Employers Association and is a member SHRM's National Staffing Management Panel.
Tim is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, with strength in developing and implementing sustainable talent acquisition processes. He completed his HR Certificate at Cornell University and is beginning his Masters in Human Resource Development at Villanova University in early 2008.

Kerry Wright leads North American Staffing for Siemens Medical Solutions, an $11.5B provider of imaging equipment, information technology and management consulting services provider that helps customers achieve tangible, sustainable clinical and financial outcomes.
With over 20 years of Human Resource leadership experience, Kerry is accountable to executive leadership for the strategic development of all talent acquisition solutions in North America. Consultative in approach, Wright works with key leaders and hiring managers across the enterprise to support the mission and ensure talent delivery to meet business goals.
Kerry provides governance and oversight to the Siemens USA recruitment community as a member of the Siemens Recruiting Governance Board, serves as champion of diversity recruiting initiatives and is a key driver in the strategic development of programs used across the Siemens enterprise. She serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board for diversity issues at Pennsylvania State University, College of Engineering. Kerry is an SPHR and has her BA from the University of North Dakota. |
