How to Under Promise & Over Deliver to a Demanding Workforce
There are many companies who will over promise and under deliver to their employees and there are employees who take on too much responsibility and lack productivity; which result in employees under performing or the company losing credibility within their industry as being trustful. When committing to achieve specific outcomes, it is crucial your team has reviewed all possible outcomes, both positive and negative, before opening the lines of communication. The underlying business strategy is simple - deliver what you promise which leaves you opportunity to over deliver; ultimately, when promises go unfulfilled, employees become cynical and untrusting, always being extra cautious. During this panel discussion, 3 HR professionals will show you how to make promises that will over deliver instead of over promising and lacking integrity when your employees or your role within the company is a huge asset to the business’s development.
