Jim has an extensive HR background with Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Temple University with graduate focus in Organization Development.  He has 26 years of Corporate HR experience: Unisys Corporation (Dir. Mgt. &Org. Dev.; Dir, HR Unisys Canada; Dir. Staffing; and Corp. Dir. Performance Mgt.),  Foamex International (EVP HR) and the School District of Philadelphia (SVP HR). He has been in the Career Transition business for the past 3 years, currently working in Business Development for DBM, a global Career Transition firm. In addition, Jim is the President of the Methacton School Board and serves on the Board of Directors of KenCrest Centers.
