| The Philadelphia Regional SHRM Chapter is committed to creating diverse membership and maintaining its presence in the human resources and business community. In support of the development of future human resources leaders, the Philadelphia Regional SHRM Chapter annually awards merits scholarships to recognize students demonstrating commitment to and overall excellence in human resources.
Selected students will be awarded “Philly SHRM Dollars” that can be redeemed for multiple events hosted by Philly SHRM. The award will be presented at the Philadelphia SHRM’s Spring Networking Event on June 17, 2009 at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
Eligible candidates will be graduate or undergraduate students currently enrolled in a human resources program or a program in a related area. Students must be nominated by faculty member who can comment on the student’s academic performance, contributions to the human resources community or commitment to pursuing a career in human resources.
